Refund Policy for Fees and Registrations

Membership Fees

Membership fees are final and non refundable. If a membership was purchased by the member’s organization, that membership may be transferred upon request to another employee of the same organization.

Event Registration

Paid event registrations may be eligible for a refund if the refund is requested at least 5 days prior to the event in writing by email. With prior approval from the MinnSPRA Executive Director, event registrations may be transferred to another attendee if the original attendee cannot attend.
