Congratulations to our 2024-25 award winners!

The Minnesota School Public Relations Association (MinnSPRA) proudly recognized the outstanding achievements of school communications professionals during its annual Spring Conference. Thanks to the many members who took time to nominate their colleagues, this year’s awards saw an impressive slate of candidates. The strength and quality of the nominations made it clear: exceptional work is happening every day in our schools.

Award recipients were honored during a special ceremony that celebrated their creativity, dedication, and impact in advancing education through effective communication during the Spring 2025 Conference.

Awarded to an exemplary school PR leader who demonstrates their commitment to strengthening relationships between their district, families and the community they serve.
New Professional Award

Awarded to an inspiring new school communications professional.

Awarded to an educational leader for outstanding support for school public relations and communications.
President’s Award
Rachel Hicks, APR
The President's Award is awarded at the discretion of the MinnSPRA President to an individual who has provided special service or support to the President, the Board or the organization.
